Each single move in the game has its own Dm, 2h swings usually have this set to 1.2. Each move you can perform (1 handed r1, r2, running, rolling, jumping and so on) has its own move set ID, which in turn has its own Damage ID (from which Damage Multiplier and Bonus Damage is taken). The difference is that in street fighter, matchmaking applies skill to the algorithm.
